To make a booking enquiry, please contact us by email or telephone.

To confirm a booking (and send your deposit) please download our booking form here. The form can be filled out on your computer or tablet and emailed back with payment made by BACS. Alternatively, you can print off the completed form and post it along with your payment.

Availability

This calendar shows our current availability for the next 12 months. Booked dates are shown in red. We try to keep this calendar as up-to-date as possible but please contact us to confirm the dates you require are available.

Terms and Conditions

Arrival Time: Your holiday accommodation is available from 4.00pm on your arrival day. Please do let us know your approximate arrival time – prior to your arrival day - as we like to be on hand to greet our guests personally.

Departure Time: We ask that guests vacate by 10.00am on the morning of departure.

Deposit: We are happy to hold your provisional booking for 5 days. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required within this time to secure your reservation.

Balance Payment: This is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday after which time we reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if not received. A reminder of your balance payment date will not be sent.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation you will be liable to pay the total due. We are only able to offer a Balance Payment refund if the accommodation is successfully rebooked, minus an administration fee of £30. We strongly recommend you are covered by your own personal Travel Insurance policy. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund and we will endeavour to find alternative accommodation on your behalf, although we cannot guarantee successful relocation.

Access and Parking: Parking is at the entrance to The Dairy and we have a disabled ramp as well as 3 steps.

Footwear: Our country location means we are never in short supply of sand, grass and on occasion, glorious mud! In the interest of cleanliness we operate a ‘no-outdoor’ footwear policy in The Dairy. For your comfort, slippers or indoor shoes are a great idea. (The area surrounding The Dairy is clean concrete as is the driveway to The Dairy).

Smoking: Please observe and respect our strict no-smoking policy.

Children: In the interest of safety please do not allow children to wander unsupervised on the farm.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Cleaning and Damages: We ask that the property be left in the condition that you found it in. We do not ask for a “Damage “ deposit but request that you notify us of any damage or breakages prior to departure.

Occupancy: The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the maximum advertised occupancy.

Right of Entry: We reserve the right to enter your holiday accommodation during your stay, and the right to remove persons from the property due to unreasonable behaviour, or damage to the property. In this case the owners will not refund holiday payment.

And Finally: Once we have received your deposit it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed with our Terms and Conditions.
